This Privacy Policy applies to Lumina’s online cryptocurrency software solution and platform, including the associated mobile applications, website, and other interactions (e.g., customer service inquiries, user support services, etc.) that you may have with Lumina (collectively, the “Services”). If you do not agree with the terms, do not access or use the Services, website or any other aspect of Lumina’s business.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to any third party applications or software that integrates with the Services through Lumina’s platform (“Third Party Services”), or any other third party products, services or businesses. In addition, a separate agreement governs delivery, access and use of the Services (the “Lumina Subscription Agreement”), including the processing of any messages, files or other content submitted through Services accounts. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information and/or Customer Data (collectively, “Your Information”) when you use our Service.

We collect data from you when you open an account to use our Services. Customer’s Instructions

Lumina will solely share and disclose your Information in accordance with your instructions, including any applicable terms in the Lumina Subscription Agreement, and in compliance with applicable law and legal process.

Customer Access

Owners, administrators, authorized users (designated by you), and other Customer representatives and personnel may be able to access, modify, or restrict access to your Information.

Third Party Service Providers and Partners

We may engage third party companies or individuals as service providers or business partners to process Other Information and support our business. These third parties have access to your Personal Information only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

Third Party Services

Customer may enable or permit authorized users to enable Third Party Services. We require each Third Party Service to disclose all permissions for information access in the Services, but we do not guarantee that they do so. When enabled, Lumina may share Other Information with Third Party Services. Third Party Services are not owned or controlled by Lumina and third parties that have been granted access to your Information may have their own policies and practices for its collection, use, and sharing. Please check the permissions, privacy settings, and notices for these Third Party Services or contact the provider for any questions.

Log Data

We collect information ("Log Data") that your phone or browser sends whenever you visit our Services.
